Mijn kunst visualiseert de krachtige vrouwen die binnenin ons allen leven. De muzes die ons inspireren en begeleiden. Zij die ons herinneren aan onze kracht, schoonheid en wijsheid. Zij die weten wie ze werkelijk zijn en wat ze waard zijn. Vrouwen die zichzelf hebben bevrijd van het donker en hun innerlijk licht voluit laten schijnen.

Dit is de boodschap van Aislyn:
I once had a vision quest where I heard the same sentence over and over “death is life, life is death”. At first it scared me, why was death coming forward? I’ve always been afraid of death. But then I understood. Death is nothing to be afraid of. It’s just a passing from one world into the other. Life and death are intertwined, one can’t exist without the other. It’s all part of this life. And death doesn’t have to literally mean death. A spiritual death might feel as the end of it all. But it’s just the beginning. Sometimes you need to let a part of you die so you can be reborn into a new you.
