Accept that whatever the present moment brings you
is exactly what you need. Let the situation be as it is,
instead of thinking what it should be. Accept that there
is no good or bad, that it’s all part of the learning process.
Buddha will help you in the process of acceptance.
Siddhartha Gautama Buddha has always been a great source
of inspiration for me. After a long quest to enlighten his
suffering, he realized that life can never satisfy us because
we always want more or better. We often look for happiness
outside of ourselves, but if we want inner peace then it is up
to us to stop ‘wanting’. Look at your connection with
everything outside of yourself in a different way. Do not cling,
have no expectations, be present and aware in the moment
and change the way you experience life. Consider yourself
lucky with what you have right now.
