Roxanna Varinia processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
When placing an order, you are asked to provide the following information, which we need to process the order: First and last name, address details, e-mail address. Depending on the country you live in, we may also ask for your telephone number, which sometimes needs to be noted on the package, for example to speed up the customs clearance process. Order details such as name, address and contact details (email address, in some cases telephone number), as well as payment details that are known to us when you place an order, are stored for 7 years (the retention period for the tax authorities), or longer as long as your customer of us. This with the aim of providing you with better service, for example being able to view your own order history. We see you as a customer until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Sharing personal data with third parties
Roxanna Varinia does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
